Shipping Policy

We’re committed to delivering your order quickly, safely, and transparently.
This Shipping Policy explains how and when your orders are processed, shipped, and delivered.


1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. holidays).
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

Please note:

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

  • During high-volume periods (promotions or restocks), processing may take slightly longer.


2. Fulfillment Partner

Our products are manufactured, packed, and shipped by our trusted U.S. fulfillment partner Supliful, Inc.
All orders ship from Supliful’s U.S.-based facilities to ensure faster delivery to our American customers.


3. Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on your location and carrier.
Below are standard delivery estimates for U.S. customers:

Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories 7–15 business days
APO/FPO/DPO addresses 10–20 business days

International shipping is not currently available.

Please note these are estimates — once your order has been handed to the carrier, transit times are outside our control.


4. Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and selected shipping method.
Free shipping promotions (if offered) will be clearly stated on our website or during checkout.


5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email containing your tracking number and carrier link.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.

If your tracking number shows “delivered” but you have not received your package, please:

  1. Check with household members or neighbors.

  2. Wait 1–2 days in case of carrier error.

  3. Contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number.

If still unresolved, email us at phoriasupplements@gmail.com within 10 days of the marked delivery date.


6. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears lost in transit:

  • Email phoriasupplements@gmail.com within 7 days of the delivery date (or expected date).

  • Include your order number and photos (if damaged).

We will work with our fulfillment partner to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


7. Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If you notice an address error after ordering, contact us immediately at phoriasupplements@gmail.com — we can only modify addresses before fulfillment begins.


8. Delays

Shipping delays may occur due to:

  • High seasonal demand

  • Carrier issues (weather, customs, or service interruptions)

  • Supply chain or fulfillment constraints

While we do our best to avoid them, such delays are beyond our control.

9. Shipping notice (California)

Due to California-specific labeling regulations (Proposition 65), this product is not currently available for delivery to California addresses.

This Shipping Policy is governed by the laws of Estonia.
