Refund & Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with Phoria (“we,” “our,” “us”).
We want you to feel confident about your purchase and fully satisfied with your experience.
Because our products are consumable dietary supplements, special rules apply to ensure product safety and hygiene.


1. All Sales Are Final for Opened Products

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for opened or used supplement bottles.
Once a product seal has been broken, it cannot be resold or restocked.


2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at phoriasupplements@gmail.com.

To speed up your claim, include:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the product and packaging

  • A brief description of the issue

Once verified, we will:

  • Replace the product at no cost to you, or

  • Issue a full refund to your original payment method (depending on availability and your preference).


3. Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your order is delayed or missing, please check your tracking number first.
If the tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received your order, contact the shipping carrier and our support team at phoriasupplements@gmail.com within 10 days of the expected delivery date.
We’ll help investigate and, where possible, offer a replacement or partial refund.


4. Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase, provided they have not yet entered the fulfillment process.
Once an order is processing or shipped, it cannot be canceled or modified.


5. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or bank.


6. Subscription Orders

If you are subscribed to automatic deliveries, you can cancel future charges anytime before your next billing date.
Refunds are not available for subscription renewals that have already been processed.


7. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Opened or used supplements

  • Free or promotional items

  • Gift cards

  • Orders placed more than 30 days ago
